Standing at the eastern edge of Sapporo City’s famous Odori Park，this brilliant red tower is an eye-catching landmark. The exterior makes use of the latest lighting，incorporating cutting-edge LED lights，and the night view here is also particularly striking. With its shining orange light，the scene of the enormous tree-like light display changes regularly over time. Visitors can take in the beauty of the symmetrical composition of the vast expanse of lights from the observatory located approximately 90m above the ground，with mountain views centered on Odori Park and looking out over Mt. Okura，Mt. Moiwa and Mt. Teine，etc. Since the exterior of the tower remains brightly lit until midnight，it also makes for a fitting final scene of Sapporo.
